HR Generalist Intern
MINT in Milan is seeking an HR Generalist Intern to join our People Team for a six-month, full-time internship. You will support talent acquisition, coordinate mandatory training and health coordination in Italy, and contribute to employee experience initiatives.
You will conduct first-round interviews in English and Italian, maintain recruiting data, and own a People project from start to finish. Fluency in Italian and English, plus a Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field, is required.
