SAP Software Engineer
Overview
In this role you drive the technical design, governance, and delivery of SAP solutions that support key business processes across the Group. You will lead hands-on development while guiding internal and external teams to evolve and maintain the SAP ecosystem, focusing on S/4HANA Fashion, Fiori, and BTP. You’ll report to the Core Functions Applications Director and help translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy position at the HQ in Trebaseleghe that shapes our SAP landscape.

Responsabilità
- Define and govern scalable SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirements
- Oversee delivery of SAP developments, enhancements, maintenance, and defect resolution
- Manage priorities, roadmaps, performance, and risks within release/change governance
- Coordinate internal and external SAP development teams for quality and efficiency
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous technical development
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP custom solutions and contribute to implementations
- Ensure development quality via code reviews and technical assessments
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in SAP technical development with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ABAP
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, BTP, and related development frameworks
- Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, OData services, and modern SAP development paradigms
- Experience coordinating development teams and external partners
- Knowledge of Agile and hybrid methodologies
- Collaborative and inspiring team engagement
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
- Results-driven with strong stakeholder management
