Lead Principal System Architect Engineer - ADAS/AD Compute (f/m/div)
Overview
In this role you shape the architecture for next-gen ADAS and autonomous driving systems, aligning product strategy with customer needs and security requirements. You’ll lead cross-functional discussions to translate system-level needs into concrete requirements and reference designs. You work closely with product teams and stakeholders to drive high-performance, safe, and efficient ADAS compute solutions. This position offers impact across strategy, design, and collaborations with customers and partners.

Responsabilità
- Define system-level architecture for ADAS/AD compute applications and validate through reference designs
- Position semiconductor products (MCUs, PMICs, sensors) to address safety, power, and security gaps
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Product Marketing to understand customer pain-points and needs
- Lead technical discussions among experts to translate needs into product requirements
- Develop technical concepts and value-added reference designs for ADAS compute applications
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Informatics or equivalent field
- 10+ years in automotive and SoCs industry
- Proven experience as System Architect in ADAS/AD Compute domain
- Experience managing cross-divisional teams including technical and marketing experts
- Strong interpersonal and technical leadership for global cross-functional teams
- Proven analytical skills and ability to derive product requirements
- Fluent English
