We’re looking for Legal Experts, including lawyers, legal researchers, litigation support specialists, and legal analysts, with practical experience in legal research, contract analysis, regulatory interpretation, or litigation documentation. /ppYou’ll develop and validate realistic legal tasks that assess whether AI agents can interpret legal documents, conduct accurate research, identify relevant authorities, analyze contractual obligations, and complete complex professional legal workflows. /ppWe’re interested in experts across different legal disciplines and jurisdictions, with particular emphasis on document-intensive, research-oriented, and analytically demanding legal work. /ppYour expertise will help establish reliable reference solutions and meaningful evaluation criteria. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliDesign realistic legal tasks based on professional legal research, contract analysis, litigation support, and regulatory review workflows. /liliAnalyze contracts, legal agreements, statutes, regulations, and case law. /liliDevelop tasks involving legal research, document classification, issue identification, and contractual interpretation. /liliPrepare legal research summaries, case analyses, compliance assessments, and structured document reviews. /liliIdentify conflicting provisions, missing clauses, inconsistent terminology, and potential legal risks. /liliEvaluate the relevance and accuracy of legal citations, precedents, and statutory references. /liliCreate reference solutions supported by authoritative legal sources,
clear reasoning, and documented assumptions. /liliReview AI-generated legal analyses for accuracy, completeness, jurisdictional relevance, and logical consistency. /liliCollaborate with technical contributors to establish reproducible tasks and objective evaluation criteria. /liliUse public, synthetic, or appropriately authorized documents while respecting confidentiality and privilege requirements. /li /ulh3What we’re looking for /h3ulliA law degree or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with substantial professional experience in legal research, legal operations, or litigation support. /liliSubstantial professional experience in at least one relevant legal discipline. /liliStrong understanding of legal research methods, document interpretation, and legal reasoning. /liliExperience analyzing contracts, regulations, legal filings, or case law. /liliAbility to distinguish authoritative legal sources from unsupported claims or outdated information. /liliFamiliarity with legal citation practices and jurisdiction-specific requirements. /liliStrong analytical reasoning and attention to detail. /liliAbility to interpret complex documentation and explain legal conclusions clearly. /liliStrong written English communication skills. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliA JD, LLM, Master's, or other advanced degree in Law or a related discipline. /liliProfessional legal licensure or bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction. /liliExperience in corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, or intellectual property. /liliFamiliarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or Bloomberg Law. /liliExperience with e-discovery, contract lifecycle management, or legal document automation. /liliExperience reviewing large collections of legal documents or conducting regulatory research. /liliPrevious experience evaluating AI-generated legal analyses, legal technology applications, or legal research benchmarks. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
