Digital Services Specialist
A globalleader in the aerospace and industrial sectors is looking for a highlymotivated Digital Services Specialist.
You willwork with business stakeholders, engineering and software teams to supportdigital transformation initiatives, helping to develop services that improveprocesses, enhance customer experience and create business value.
Responsabilità
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
- Support the design and development of digital services and solutions.
- Contribute to innovation projects, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and new service initiatives.
- Support project planning, business case preparation and budget estimation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers and international stakeholders.
- Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations and presentations.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Digital Services portfolio.
Profilo
Education
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of software development and digital technologies.
- Interest in data analysis and Business Intelligence.
- Understanding of databases and SQL fundamentals.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integration concepts, Cloud and AI technologies.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Curiosity, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Academic projects, internships or thesis work related to digital transformation, software, data analytics or AI.
- Experience in international or multicultural environments.
