Amaris is your steppingstone to cross rivers of change, meet challenges and achieve all your projects with success. /You will combine client relationship management with comprehensive team leadership and talent development responsibilities, driving innovation and delivering high-value solutions. /h3h3Client Account Management /h3ulliServe as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. /liliUnderstand client business objectives and translate them into technical resource requirements. /liliManage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships. /liliLead, mentor, and manage a team of IT consultants. /liliDrive team performance through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. /li /ulh3Recruitment Talent Acquisition /h3ulliPartner with HR and recruitment teams to manage end-to-end selection processes. /liliDefine job requirements and technical specifications for new positions.
/li /ulh3Strategic Coordination /h3ulliCollaborate with recruitment, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. /liliCoordinate resource allocation across multiple client projects. /liliParticipate in strategic planning for account growth and team expansion. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliExperience in IT consulting, team management, or client-facing roles. /liliExperience with generative AI tools. /liliItalian and English fluent. /liliYou demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. /You are structured, organized, and possess a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset. /li /ulh3What
