ABOUT THE ROLE
J.K. Place Capri is seeking a passionate, service-driven, and detail-oriented Chef de Rang to join its Food & Beverage team.
Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, this role is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience through attentive, personalized, and refined service. As a key point of contact for guests within the restaurant, the Chef de Rang personally attends to a dedicated group of tables, ensures seamless coordination between the dining room and kitchen, and contributes to maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in luxury restaurants or hotels, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and a natural ability to anticipate guest needs while engaging with warmth, elegance, and discretion.
