ABOUT THE ROLE
J.K. Place Capri is seeking a passionate, service-oriented, and detail-driven Commis de Rang to join its Food & Beverage team.
Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Chef de Rang, this role plays an essential part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring attentive, elegant, and personalized table service. The Commis de Rang supports the smooth daily operation of the restaurant while embodying the hospitality values and service philosophy that define the J.K. Place experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Chef de Rang in delivering seamless and refined guest experiences across all dining services.
- Prepare and set up dining areas according to J.K. Place service standards, ensuring impeccable presentation and cleanliness.
- Assist with welcoming, seating, and attending to guests in a warm, professional, and discreet manner.
- Carry food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar to guests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, daily specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings to confidently support guest interactions.
- Ensure tables are properly maintained throughout service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Support restaurant operations across all Food & Beverage outlets, including the Lounge Terrace and Pool area, whenever required.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Contribute to creating memorable and personalized guest experiences through attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper mise en place of service stations and restaurant areas.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and respect while acting as an ambassador of the J.K. Place culture and values.
