He/She will reports a Villa Manager. Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service; Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen; Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions; Monitors portion and waste control; Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef; Coordinate and monitor a Demi or Commis de partie assigned to him/her Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques; At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment; Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred; Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player; Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues; HACCP certification.
