Overview
As part of Chiesi’s digital transformation, you will lead delivery of innovative digital initiatives in pharma R&D.; You’ll bridge business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget, and compliant solutions. You’ll apply strong project management and R&D; knowledge to support prioritized digital activities and enable fast adoption of new insights. This role offers shaping digital capabilities within a regulated, innovation-driven environment and collaborating across global sites.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate plans and execution of digital activities across R&D; to ensure timely delivery
- Provide project management support aligned with Global Project Management standards
- Maintain control of timelines, budgets, and effort for R&D; Digital initiatives
- Support implementation of prioritized digital solutions per the R&D; transformation roadmap
- Identify and cascade new tools and processes to improve speed and adoption of insights
- Foster digital innovation capabilities and optimize business processes with suitable technical solutions
- Consolidate the digital network with internal experts and external partners
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to achieve common project goals
- Promote lean processes and agile governance for effective project delivery
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medtech with project management supporting digital solutions in R&D;
- Strong knowledge of pharma R&D; and drug development lifecycle
- Experience overseeing digital processes/tools deployment in drug development
- Experience with project and financial management in new product development
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Data science & modelling (incl. AI/generative AI), data management, programming
- Familiarity with systems relevant to Pharma R&D;
