Overview
In this role you design multichannel digital experiences from research to finish, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance the design process. You turn data and insights into concrete design solutions and shape AI-powered features across journeys and interfaces. You collaborate across disciplines to prioritize work and evolve design systems, delivering user-centric products for large-scale, cross-platform contexts. Responsabilità
- Design multichannel digital experiences (apps, web, product ecosystems) using AI-powered tools
- Translate data, research and interviews into actionable design solutions
- Apply generative AI across research, ideation, prototyping and production to create repeatable workflows
- Analyze user journeys and touchpoints to improve overall experience
- Design interfaces and interaction patterns for AI-powered features (conversational/assistive)
- Collaborate with designers, developers,
PMs and stakeholders to set priorities and tasks
- Contribute to evolving design systems and UX/UI guidelines
- Design for high-visibility, strategic projects balancing reliability, performance and usability
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 1 year of professional experience and collaboration with a team
- Autonomous work style with ongoing team collaboration
- Ability to translate data and UX research into insights and visuals
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards (WCAG, EN 301 549, European Accessibility Act)
- Experience creating moodboards, layouts and concepts for multichannel digital products
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including complex components, variables and libraries
- Familiarity with service design approaches (journey mapping) and holistic experience
- Experience with generative AI tools in design (ideation, prototyping, visual production)
- Ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Teamwork, flexibility, initiative and problem-solving, with respect to deadlines
