Global Category Director – HR
Overview
In this global leadership role, you will define and execute the HR & Professional Services procurement strategy to deliver measurable value, service excellence, and compliance across Markets and Market Units. You will partner with senior executives to shape multi-year initiatives and enabling agreements, acting as a trusted advisor to budget owners. You will lead a global procurement category team, drive the sourcing pipeline, and continuously improve channels while managing governance and leakage. This is a high-visibility role focused on category strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and transformational sourcing in a matrix organization.
Responsabilità
- Build trusted relationships with Procurement Executive Leadership Team, senior leaders, and budget owners to drive multi-year strategies
- Define and own a best-in-class global strategy for HR and Professional Services aligned with Procurement goals
- Implement strategy across Markets and Market Units, manage sourcing pipeline, forecast, and measure category value, service excellence, and compliance
- Improve sourcing and buying channels and address leakage
- Lead global Procurement Category team including target setting, performance reviews, and career development
- Coordinate resources and plans for Global/Market/MU initiatives; promote contracts and buying channels per category strategy
- Drive improvements such as specification optimization
Requisiti fondamentali
- 15+ years in Procurement
- 10+ years in HR Services and/or 7+ years in Professional Services at scale
- proven strategic sourcing leadership
