IT Specialist – ERP Support

We are looking for an IT Specialist – ERP Support to provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems. The ideal candidate has a few years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite, and is comfortable working in an international environment with C1-level English proficiency .
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries
- Support ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements
- Assist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementations
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed
- Ensure data integrity, system reliability,
and compliance with IT standards
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Essential requirements and skills:
- At least 2 year of experience supporting ERP systems
- Strong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance);
- Experience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support;
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- C1 level proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- B1/B2 in German (spoken and written);
- Experience with ERP integrations and reporting tools;
- Background in IT support, application support, or business systems analysis;
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.

Annual gross salary (RAL): €30,000–€33,000 (the final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and technical skills).
