Digital Account Executive, PS
Overview
As a Digital Account Executive for the Italian Public Sector and Education segments, you build trust as a subject-matter expert and advocate for Salesforce Digital platform solutions. You drive self-generated deals within the full technology stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling use cases and demonstrations. You manage the end-to-end sales cycle, forecast accurately, and aim to exceed quotas while driving customer satisfaction and retention. This role combines strategic storytelling with hands-on execution at scale in a growth-focused environment.

Responsabilità
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for Italian Public Sector and Education customers on Salesforce Digital capabilities
- Educate the broader Account Team on digital technology offerings
- Identify target accounts and craft compelling use cases and demos
- Generate opportunities via networking,
cold-calling, and prospecting within current customers while maintaining pipeline hygiene
- Own the full sales cycle for the Salesforce Digital stack, including pricing, packaging, and deal support
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years in enterprise software or technology sales with proven quota attainment
- Ability to sell to C-level executives
- Strong grasp of digital transformation and ability to articulate value to Italian Public Sector and Education buyers
- Independent yet collaborative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English with right to work in Italy
