Pricing Specialist
Overview
In this role you will help shape pricing strategies for ABB’s Electrification Smart Buildings product groups, boosting profitability and market share while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will work within a cross-functional team to implement pricing concepts that align with global division strategy and market dynamics. The position focuses on leveraging pricing tools, analytics, and governance to drive measurable business impact. This is a hybrid role that combines analytical rigor with strategic pricing execution to support ABB’s ambitious growth.

Responsabilità
- Support development of national and cross-channel pricing concepts to align with business objectives
- Share pricing knowledge and support its application across the area of accountability
- Drive profitability using established pricing methodologies, tools, and infrastructure
- Analyze special pricing requests and provide high-level consultancy to internal stakeholders
- Support development and implementation of new pricing tools, processes, and reporting capabilities
- Create ad hoc analyses and insights to aid management decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Monitor pricing performance and propose actions to improve margins
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in financial analysis, pricing analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making
- Advanced Excel skills with complex analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to leverage AI tools, data analytics solutions, and automation for insights and efficiency
- Enhanced knowledge of data visualization, reporting tools, and pricing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in commercial/analytical settings (beneficial)
