Technical After Sales Automotive
Professional Solutions, an Adecco Group company, is looking for two highly qualified and motivated professionals to join our client's team. Technical After-Sales Automotive The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing. Activities:
- Management and analysis of technical support tickets (1-2st level help desk).
- Support in the implementation of practices to improve the operational efficiency of processes.
- Review of warranty claims.
- Ongoing interface with dealers in the field and remotely.
- Creation and review of monthly reports.
- Creation and management of team performance and process reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry. -Knowledge of English language.
- Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).
- Knowledge of technical documentation. Working
Conditions:
-CCNL: Commercio -Range Level: 2°
- 1° -Range RAL: €35.000
- €40.000 -Meal vouchers worth €5 day -Contract Indeterminate.
-Company equipment and work tools provided Place of work: Turin and smart working.
