ResponsabilitàLead design and delivery of mechanical services (HVAC, drainage, water, firefighting, renewables, controls) on multidisciplinary projects
Coordinate and align design ambitions with clients and stakeholders
Mentor and develop junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
Participate in site visits,
client meetings, design reviews, and project workshops
Collaborate with international Arup offices
Requisiti fondamentaliEngineering degree (Building/Mechanical/Energy or relevant) or relevant technical Diploma
6+ years in mechanical services design and delivery
Experience with Data Centre and/or Industrial buildings
Knowledge of Italian codes and planning phases
Ability to lead the design process from concept to construction
Strong sustainability knowledge
Excellent planning and organization skills
Good written/spoken English and Italian
Proficient in CAD and/or Building Information Modelling (BIM)
