Overview As a Digital Account Executive for the Italian Public Sector and Education segments, you build trust as a subject-matter expert and advocate for Salesforce Digital platform solutions. You drive self-generated deals within the full technology stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling use cases and demonstrations. You manage the end-to-end sales cycle, forecast accurately, and aim to exceed quotas while driving customer satisfaction and retention. * Serve as the subject-matter expert for Italian Public Sector and Education customers on Salesforce Digital capabilities
* Educate the broader Account Team on digital technology offerings
* Identify target accounts and craft compelling use cases and demos
* Generate opportunities via networking, cold-calling,
and prospecting within current customers while maintaining pipeline hygiene
* Own the full sales cycle for the Salesforce Digital stack, including pricing, packaging, and deal support
* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas

* 3–5 years in enterprise software or technology sales with proven quota attainment
* Ability to sell to C-level executives
* Strong grasp of digital transformation and ability to articulate value to Italian Public Sector and Education buyers

* Fluent in Italian and English with right to work in Italy
