Quality Assurance Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Milan, Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with a strong main contractor (GC) background and experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. Position: Quality Manager Start Date: December 2026 / January 2027 Contract: Contract position
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities on site.
* Develop, implement and maintain the project Quality Management Plan.
* Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, drawings and relevant standards.
* Oversee inspections, ITPs, quality documentation and commissioning-related quality activities.
* Manage NCRs, corrective actions and continuous improvement processes.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, client representatives and the wider project team.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager on major construction projects.
* Strong General Contractor (GC) / Main Contractor background.
* Previous data centre or other mission-critical project experience highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, inspections and project documentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
