pCommscope is seeking a results-driven Lean Transformation Lead to drive continuous improvement across value streams. You will shape CPI programs, lead kaizen events, coach cross-functional teams, and establish standard work, 5S and visual management on the shop floor and in offices. /ppYou will partner with operations, planning, quality and NPD to maximize ROI, remove waste, and advance daily improvement, with hands-on influence in a matrix environment. /p
