Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might require Support customers with issues, problems or claims and elevate as appropriate Highly proficient in Italian both written and spoken at native or advanced level C2/C1 and fluency in English (B2 Level or above) Customer-centered mindset and problem solver Availability to work on rotating shifts Valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
