Providing customer support over the phone, email and chat Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good level of English (B2) You can work on rotating shifts You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
