Revops Lead: Global Expansion
Pillar in Milan, Italy is seeking a Growth & GTM Ops lead to own HubSpot for multiple markets, build the funnel, and drive Go/No-Go decisions.
You will set up pipelines, write playbooks, and onboard new local sales hires.
This role requires 4–7 years in RevOps or GTM Ops, fluency in English, and hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
You will report to the VP International Expansion and help shape Pillar's expansion from Italy to new markets.
