Growth Marketer: Paid Acquisition
ZNEXT seeks a remote, freelance Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition during go-to-market. You will run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, design initial tests on audience and messaging, and optimize campaigns against core KPIs.
You’ll work directly with the founding team to iterate quickly and prove where every euro should go. The role requires hands-on startup experience, a track record with paid acquisition, and a data-driven mindset to scale growth responsibly.
