REQUIREMENTS
Previous bartending or bar service experience, preferably within a lodge, hotel or hospitality environment
Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar service
Excellent guest relations and communication skills
Friendly, professional and well presented
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work under pressure and maintain service standards
Reliable, flexible and guest-focused
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide professional and friendly service to guests
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering
Ensure correct storage and handling of beverages
Maintain responsible alcohol service standards
Process orders and payments accurately
Ensure bar equipment and glassware are kept clean and in good condition
Assist with general food and beverage service when required
Maintain high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction
