About the Role
We are seeking a Technology Lead Project Manager (TLPM) to lead the technological development of the OxyleafTM Project.
This role requires a highly experienced engineering leader, capable of integrating multiple disciplines including:advanced energy systemsartificial intelligence integrationelectronics and sensor systemsmechanical engineeringindustrial process designThe selected candidate will coordinate research, engineering development, laboratory design,
and early-stage industrial prototyping.
Responsibilities:
Technology DevelopmentLead the technical development of the OxyleafTM system architectureIntegrate energy generation systems, environmental technologies, and sensor networksCoordinate engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, and AI disciplinesIndustrial EngineeringDesign scalable technological systems and industrial processesSupport the development of prototypes and pre-industrial testing phasesDefine production concepts and industrial feasibility modelsResearch & Laboratory DevelopmentSupport the design and construction of research laboratoriesEstablish technical testing protocols and validation proceduresCollaborate with research institutions and scientific partnersCross-Disciplinary IntegrationCoordinate AI integration for monitoring, predictive maintenance, and system optimizationSupervise electronics and sensor technologies used in environmental monitoringEnsure synergy between mechanical structures and energy systemsStrategic LeadershipWork directly with the CEO and leadership teamSupport the preparation of technical documentation for investors and partnersContribute to long-term technological strategyRequirementsPhD in Nuclear Engineering, Energy Engineering,
or related advanced engineering fieldStrong multidisciplinary engineering backgroundExpertise in energy systems and advanced technological infrastructuresKnowledge of AI systems, electronics, and mechanical engineeringExperience with industrial process design and system scalingExperience managing complex technical projectsExcellent communication and leadership skillsFluent EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience in innovative energy systems or advanced environmental technologiesBackground in research laboratories or advanced engineering facilitiesExperience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teamsKnowledge of industrial prototyping and technology validationExperience collaborating with universities or research institutionsBenefits ProvidedStrategic leadership role in a high-impact environmental technology projectOpportunity to shape the technological architecture of OxyleafTMCollaboration with international research and engineering teamsParticipation in the development of next-generation environmental technologiesReimbursement of approved travel and project-related expensesCompensationAnnual Gross
