Field-Based Sales Method Trainer
Aira is seeking a Sales Method Trainer to lead and support training and development for internal and regional sales staff across Italy, ensuring new and existing Sales Experts deliver a WOW customer experience.
The role is field-based with regular travel across Northern and Central Italy, reporting to the Group Head of Aira Sales Model.
You will design onboarding, classroom training, and ongoing coaching, while fostering a high-energy, inclusive culture.
