Global Order-To-Cash
pAlfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to manage the order-to-cash cycle for complex orders, coordinating warehousing, shipments and invoicing.
You will be the main contact for customers, providing updates on order status and delivery dates while ensuring accurate documentation.
/ppThe role requires experience in customer care or order management, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
English proficiency is essential, Italian a plus.
