Senior Payroll
LuxExperience, the leading digital luxury group, seeks a Senior Payroll and Administration Specialist to join our payroll team in Italy.
Location options are Bologna (Zola Predosa) or Milan (Via Morimondo).
The role is permanent with a hybrid work model.
You will manage end-to-end payslips, attendance and payroll cycles with the external provider, ensure compliance with CCNL Commercio and Italian labour law, and support HR projects at national and international levels.
