Bosch Rexroth Italia is seeking an HR Intern to join the HR team and gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle.
You will actively support HR Administration, Training & Development, and Organization/HR Business Partnering activities.
As a recent graduate or student, you will contribute to onboarding and offboarding, assist with training logistics, and help prepare HR reports with Excel while collaborating with managers to improve processes.
