Store Manager Italian Luxury Brand
On behalf of an esteemed customer, Luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Capri
STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / CAPRI
Responsibilities:
Team Management ( Approx 3-4 SA)
Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
Build a strong customer experience
Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
Outstanding clienteling skills, with the ability to develop and nurture a high-value client portfolio.
A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for driving business growth, creating in-store events
Produce reports and specific analysis
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
Fluent spoken English and Italian
Knowledge of LOCAL network
At least 5 years in managerial role for LUXURY Brands
Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
Passionate about luxury/fashion
Business driven and detailed oriented
Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
Confident, enthusiastic and positive
Problem solving
