Lead month-end closing activities including journal entries preparation and account reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements for corporate reporting as well as yearly local statutory accounts.
Ensure compliance of financial processes and transactions with internal control rules.
Support daily bookkeeping work in accounts payable, receivables and treasury.
Contribute to finance process improvement projects such as automation to streamline accounting operations.
Degree in Economics, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in financial accounting, ideally with general ledger responsibility in an international corporate environment. Experience working in an accounting or tax firm is preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
This role reports to the Finance Manager Shared Service Accounting and will be part of the Finance Service Center Europe Team. This role is located in Buccinasco and requires an onsite presence.
Benefits
Base Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (annual gross), classified under “Primo Livello CCNL Commercio”.
Premio / Incentive Pay: 5% of annual base salary (subject to eligibility criteria and performance conditions).
