This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy. /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers /li li Proposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completion /li li Display commercial astuteness /li li Monitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials /li li Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager,
site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information /li li Check and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner /li li Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team /li li Oversee highest quality of health and safety /li /ul h3 Qualifications /h3 ul li Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or relevant area /li li Strong knowledge of procurement /li li Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing /li li Experience in effectively leading MEP teams is essential /li li Experience in the delivery in Data Center MEP projects /li li Strong communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul pb Winthrop Technologies is an equal opportunities employer /b /p /p
