ResponsabilitàOwn and manage Technology Solutions P&L; in Italy, driving profitable growth and performance.
Develop and execute local business strategy aligned with regional/global priorities.
Drive sales, customer acquisition, market penetration, and portfolio adoption.
Lead business planning, forecasting, budget management, and performance monitoring.
Build and expand strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry stakeholders, and channel partners.
Negotiate and execute commercial agreements to support growth and market expansion.
Develop a strong partner ecosystem to accelerate lead generation and customer adoption.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requisiti fondamentaliSignificant commercial experience within Animal Health, AgriTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related industries.
Proven track record of P&L; ownership and business growth.
