/p pWe are looking for a bQuality Compliance Specialist /b in our HQ to be in charge of all quality assurance activities including the development and the implementation of quality policies and procedures, auditing, and presenting solutions in order to maintain the highest quality standards.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System /li liManage qualification activities for warehouses, cold rooms and temperature mapping processes; /li liSupport compliance with GDP, GMP and GAMP requirements applicable to Life Sciences Healthcare operations.
/li liContribute to the maintenance of ISO **** and ISO ***** certifications.
/li liCoordinate and support validation activities for automated solutions.
/li liAssist in customer audits, regulatory inspections and qualification visits.
/li liDeliver training on quality processes, compliance requirements and GxP standards.
/li liSupport the definition and management of Quality Agreements with customers and suppliers.
/li liParticipate in new customer implementations, start-up projects and operational changes with quality impact.
/li liCollaborate with Operations, Business Development and Project Management teams; /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with DHL global and regional quality standards.
/li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related scientific field.
/li li2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Compliance or Regulatory roles.
/li liExperience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or highly regulated industries.
/li liKnowledge of GDP, GMP, GAMP and Quality Management Systems.
/li liUnderstanding of ISO **** and ideally ISO ***** standards.
/li liStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.
/li liExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
