Home Support & Reablement Specialist
Kirklees Council is seeking a Home Support Worker to join our Short Term and Urgent Support teams.
You will help rehabilitate people to independence, support those recently discharged from hospital, and provide urgent assistance after a fall.
The role covers personal care, therapy and exercise support, mobility, meals, and travel across North and South Kirklees.
