We are looking for a
Security Architect
to join a complex project environment as a point of reference for
Security and Network Security
, with a particular focus on
Fortinet
technologies.
You will work with a mainly
consulting and architectural
approach, supporting the client in project and technology choices, in defining solutions and in the governance of delivery activities.
The role involves targeted project involvement, with a commitment of around
155 days a year
, and requires the ability to act at decision-making and strategic level, coordinating the work of technical teams where necessary and ensuring consistency between the solutions defined and their implementation.
Responsibilities
Take part in
technical and decision-making boards
, helping to define project and architectural choices;
Provide consulting support to the client in
choosing technologies and defining Security solutions
, particularly within the Fortinet ecosystem;
Analyse the client's requirements and objectives, translating them into
consistent and sustainable architectural solutions
;
Work with the various
technical and project stakeholders
to gather requirements, define objectives and manage key decisions;
Take part in complex
Security
projects, providing direction and support across the project phases;
Support the definition and supervision of
high-level delivery
, working directly on technical activities when necessary;
Coordinate and guide, where required, the
technical team working at the client
, ensuring alignment between operational activities and architectural choices;
Support the management of project activities, helping to meet priorities, objectives and timelines;
Maintain and improve
technical and project documentation
, ensuring its consistency and quality;
Contribute to the evolution of Security architectures and solutions according to the client's needs.
Requirements
Solid experience in Security Engineer, Security Architect,
Network Security Architect or Consultant roles;
Advanced technical skills in Fortinet, with knowledge of the main Network Security solutions and architectures;
Solid experience in designing Security architectures and evaluating technology solutions;
Ability to analyse complex requirements and translate them into architectural and project choices;
Experience in complex projects and in managing technical and project stakeholders;
Knowledge of the main project governance, management and coordination processes;
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels, both technical and managerial;
Good skills in drafting, reviewing and managing technical and project documentation;
Fortinet certifications or other relevant Network Security certifications are preferred.

Pay
Gross annual salary (RAL) between €48,000 and €54,000, set according to seniority, technical autonomy, expertise in the required technologies, certifications, complexity of the client environment and the actual responsibilities of the role.
Total remuneration includes, where provided for the specific position, variable components, MBO, performance bonuses, company benefits, allowances and other pay elements governed by company policies and contractual agreements.
