Finance Commercial Controller
Overview
As Finance Commercial Controller you will lead financial analysis and decision support for the Italian Commercial organization, blending commercial finance partnering with FP&A.; You will translate data into actionable insights to support pricing, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and performance management. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Pricing and R&D; teams to help drive profitable growth and informed decisions. This role offers visibility across cross-functional partners and the chance to shape financial reporting and dashboards at scale.

Responsabilità
- Partner with Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to support value-creating decisions
- Provide financial analysis on customer, product, channel and innovation profitability
- Support pricing decisions and assess margin impact and profitability risks
- Challenge assumptions and provide profitability-improving recommendations
- Evaluate commercial initiatives, customer proposals and business cases
- Support annual budget,
forecast and month-end closing processes
- Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate insights
- Develop clear, actionable financial reports and performance dashboards
- Support continuous improvement of FP&A; processes
- Maintain and develop Power BI reporting and dashboards
- Ensure quality and use of financial and commercial data
- Use Excel and Power BI to model scenarios and support decisions
- Support reporting automation and data visualization improvement
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Finance
- Several years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A;, Financial Controlling or Finance Business Partnering
- Experience supporting commercial decision-making and profitability analysis
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills including modelling and data analysis
- Strong Power BI capability with report/dashboard maintenance
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
