Shift Operative Leader
About the Role: We are currently looking for a passionate Engineering Graduate who want to join us as Shift Operative Leader at our plant in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), for a parental leave substitution.

Main Responsibilities: As a Shift Operative Leader , reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities within the Production area.
In particular, you will support the execution of production activities ,
supporting the coordination of the line team in operational activities and ensuring the availability and the optimization of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery).
In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and start-up of the lines in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team.
You will manage the application of the criteria defined for allocating resources across production lines and the operational teams.
Ensuring that safety standards (both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also
