Monitorandfollowuponguestcomplaints,ensuringrelevantsolutionsareprovidedbycoordinatingwithotherdepartments.
Ensuretrainingofnewcolleaguesinthedepartmentandhotelsisplannedandscheduledinadvance.
Overseeallaspectsofpeoplemanagement,includingdevelopment,targetsetting,reviews,andperformance.
