Production Planner
Job Description Summary Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our Supply Chain team.
You will be responsible for the Master Production Schedule (MPS) of our Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) line.
The successful candidate will ensure production efficiency and material availability by managing an 8-week detailed horizon, coordinating across multiple internal and external work centers.
Key Responsibilities MPS Management: Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule for the RIP line, ensuring alignment with customer demand and capacity constraints.
Capacity Planning: Monitor and manage the load across all involved work centers, including Winding process, Autoclaves, Internal Lathe machining,
Outsourced External Lathe machining, Assembly, Testing, and Shipping.
Production Scheduling (MTO): Execute and optimize production orders in a Make-to-Order (MTO) environment, addressing daily scheduling challenges and bottleneck management.
MRP Execution: Utilize MRP logic to ensure timely availability of components and raw materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with: Procurement: To ensure timely procurement of raw materials and subcontracting services.
