pJob DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Labor Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment on commercial construction projects while supporting site development, excavation, grading, trenching, material handling, and other earthmoving activities. This individual will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and company standards. /p h3Responsibilities / Skills /h3 ul liOperate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support commercial construction activities. /li liPerform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, site preparation, and material handling according to project specifications. /li liLoad, unload, and transport construction materials using the appropriate equipment. /li liWork closely with project superintendents, foremen, laborers, and utility crews to complete daily production goals. /li liFollow grade stakes, laser levels, and site plans to achieve accurate elevations and slopes. /li liConduct daily equipment inspections and promptly report mechanical issues or maintenance needs. /li liMaintain equipment in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition. /li liFollow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies,
