Hr Generalist
Rockwell Automation, Udine, Italy, is seeking an HR Generalist to handle a broad range of people operations, including performance management, coaching, employee development, and compliance.
You will report to the HR Manager Italy & Israel, collaborate with HRBPs and COEs, support payroll deployments and SAP implementations, onboarding for contractors, and ensure local policies meet Italian law.
A base salary ranges with a 5% annual premio is provided.
