You will support onboarding, payroll coordination, data management, and HR process improvements in a multinational Southern Europe context.
You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, managers and employees, gaining exposure to core HR processes and GDPR/compliance standards while contributing to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
