YOUR MISSION Reporting to the VP Operations Italy within the Production Center Italy Organization, you will oversee , Logistics & Material Handling, Assembly & Test, and Manufacturing activities - for Mantova plants. Working in an international and cross-functional environment, you will play a key role in strengthening plant performance, developing capabilities, and supporting Sidel's commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Your Missions
Lead the operations of Mantova plant, ensuring high standards in production performance, quality, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies,
regulations, and applicable legal requirements across all operational activities.
Implement and monitor quality control and traceability programs to achieve operational and customer quality objectives.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, promoting continuous improvement across processes and teams.
Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, and Planning teams to support cost reduction and operational efficiency targets. xcldrub
Lead change management initiatives while fostering collaboration, capability development, and effective communication across functions.
YOUR PROFILE Required Experience And Skills:
Minimum 8/10 years in Manufacturing
Experience in an international Manufacturing environment
Technical educational background
Required Experience And Skills:
Proven leadership capabilities
Proactive, strong problem solving
Change management
Communication & Facilitating
Fluency in English, Italian
