Scrum Master
The Opportunity To strengthen our Advisory Business Unit, we are looking for a Scrum Master.
You will join a team working on a project to ensure effective Agile delivery, strong collaboration and transparency.
The role requires a hands-on, delivery-oriented approach, going beyond ceremony facilitation to actively support the team in removing impediments and improving delivery.
What You'll Do In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
Support the Product Owner and team in maintaining clear Sprint objectives, priorities and deliverables.
Proactively identify and help resolve impediments, blockers, risks and dependencies.
Drive delivery transparency, team accountability and effective use of Agile ways of working.
Facilitate collaboration between Product, development teams and relevant stakeholders.
Support backlog refinement, Sprint preparation and delivery follow-up.
Drive continuous improvement and follow through on agreed actions.
Coordinate effectively across international and distributed teams.
