Junior Hr Business Partner
Four Corners , is a recruiter specialised in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of Premium Fashion Brand we are looking for a:
JR HR Business Partner The successful candidate will join the HR team for the Italian market, reporting to the Head of HR, and will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on the Retail workforce and selected Corporate functions.
Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Employee Lifecycle;
- Talent Acquisition;
- HR Operations & Administration;
- Employee Relations & Compliance;
- Global HR Processes & People Agenda Execution;
- Strategic Projects & Local HR initiatives;
- People Development & Engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Humanities, Law or Economics;
- 3–4 years of experience in similar HR roles, preferably within structured Fashion Retail environments;
- Strong interest in digital innovation and the use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to HR processes;
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset;
- Fluent English.
Location: Milano Salary Range : 35.000€ - 40.000€
