Finance Manager
We’re Hiring: Finance Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Turin, Italy
Work arrangement: On-site | Full-time
Annual salary: €60,000–€80,000
An international manufacturing group is looking for a Finance Manager to support its factory operations in Turin and work closely with the group’s headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Manage factory accounting, monthly and annual closing, and financial reporting.
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and business performance analysis.
- Monitor sales, margins, expenses, profit, collections, and inventory.
- Review major projects, sales policies, and key business activities from a financial perspective.
- Oversee cash flow, accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Coordinate local tax filings, statutory reporting, and annual audits with external advisers.
- Work with sales, service,
supply chain, and other teams to support operations.
- Coordinate the finance function and manage the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional working proficiency in both Chinese and Italian.
- Practical experience in accounting, financial closing, budgeting, or business analysis.
- Knowledge of Italian tax, audit, and financial compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience managing end-to-end finance operations and a finance team is preferred.
- Must have valid authorization to work in Italy.
