CUSTOMER OPERATIONS EXPERTS - LISBON - ITALIAN LANGUAGE - ACCOMMODATION About the Job: Are you looking to relocate and work abroad for your next career move ? We are currently looking for Customer Operations Experts who are fluent in Italian to support customer experience and journey on multiple projects in Lisbon.
Activities: Providing customer support over the phone, email and chat
Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need
Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution
Profile: You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good level of English (B2)
You are a problem solver
You can work on rotating shifts
You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
