IT Project Manager

Responsabilità
- Initiate and plan software development projects with leadership to define goals, scope, timelines and deliverables
- Assess changes, risks, dependencies and issues; coordinate resolution with sponsors and stakeholders
- Monitor performance, schedule, scope, quality, and budget against plans and metrics
- Develop and execute work plans; secure and coordinate required resources
- Lead execution and closure activities, including lessons learned and stakeholder alignment
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions and achievements through reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and assign tasks by skills and priorities
- Ensure compliance with corporate, divisional, quality, and IT governance policies
- Support larger programs or department-level projects with measurable impact
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 3 years of project management, business systems analysis, or software development experience
- Experience managing software development projects through all lifecycle stages
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, controls, risk and stakeholder management
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
